Listed below are descriptions of the methods used by GPDS to format and upload your photographs or
graphics onto your products.
Scanned Format
Scanned photographs are regular pictures and graphics handed in by clients to
be included on their product. The pictures are scanned into a database; cropped, framed, titled and captioned
or highlighted; then converted into .JPEG or .GIF format and uploaded into our software programs.
.JPEG | .GIF Format
A majority of pictures and graphics are in one of these formats. Pictures that are e-mailed
to my computer or given to me by CD or Floppy Disk will be in these formats, so they do not have to be converted and
can be uploaded directly into software programs.
